Reservations and Cancellations Policy

Rates:

The rate prices listed in brochures and / or publicity, are valid for the periods there marked and may vary due to the high season or some special event as well, because of exchange rate changes or increases authorized by the competent authorities. Rates include breakfast, taxes and service apartment for 2 people in a double room and 3 in the triple.

Form of payment:

It is requested a minimum payment of 50% of the total amount at the moment of the confirmation and the balance 48 hours before check in. All payments may be made by credit card or bank deposit, current account to be designated by the hotel and the receipt should be sent to maitei@maitei.com.br email, to expedite the identification of the applicant. For card payments will be required to complete the debit authorization form for credit card and send a copy of the card (front and back) and a copy of a cardholder document in which figure photo and signature, requirements these of the administrators of credit cards “Cielo and Global”, per operations where the client is not present.

Cancellations or Modifications:

Cancellations requests must be submitted in writing directly to the hotel reservations department by e-mail: maitei@maitei.com.br. Cancellation fees will be charged as shown below:

Low season: (March 1 to December 19, except holidays)

• If canceled form the confirmation until 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total booking. • Cancellations from 15 days to 07 days before the date of check-in: 50% of the total amount. • If canceled from 07 days until the day of check-in, no - Show and cancellations or changes after the check-in: 100% of the total amount.

High season and holidays: (from 20 December to 28 February), less New Year's Eve, Carnival and Holy Week)

• from the moment of the confirmation until 30 days prior to check-in: 10% of total booking. • from 15 days of the date of check-in until 07 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total amount. • from 7 days of the date of check-in, no - show, cancellations or changes after the check-in: 100% of the reservation

Packages: (Carnival, Easter)

  • From the moment of the confirmation until 30 days before arrival: 10% of total booking.
  • From 30 days before arrival to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
  • From 15 days before arrival until the day of entry, no-show: 100% of total booking.

New Year's Eve package:

  • From the moment of the reservation until 120 days before the arrival: 10% of total booking.
  • From 120 until 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
  • From 60 days before arrival until the day of entry, no-show: 100% of total booking.

Where the guest fails to show up will be charged 100% of the total amount.

The user can arrange his replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions on the same date.
